The service policy of Bosch Security Systems (BSS) encompasses both the local & imported range of products. 
  1. Products manufactured by Bosch outside India:

    a) Service support for imported products will be provided by Bosch Security  Systems (BSS) in India.
    b) The products are covered under our Global Service Model, with  suitable changes to meet local requirements in India.
     
  2. Products manufactured by Bosch in India:  Service support of Local products will be provided by the Bosch Certified Partners who are authorized to sell the products.
